CBN Joined RISE Research Teams at Center Parc Stadium’s University Club for the RISE Success Forum on October 29

Atlanta – Center for Behavioral Neuroscience Stress and Trauma Consortium was happy to present the accomplishments of their Research Innovation and Scholarly Excellence (RISE) grant from GSU at the RISE forum. This grant facilitated a partnership with colleagues from the Grady Trauma Project to advance research on social stress and trauma and a training pipeline to provide GSU undergraduates with research opportunities with the Grady Trauma Project. Our team had 5 posters on stress from basic, translational, and clinical research teams. This funding sparked new collaborations, grants, and training. Some people involved in the grant are depicted here. We are grateful to President Blake for the RISE initiative.
